The Big Rig.
Our huge mobile smoker rig is a fully custom-built unit. It contains 14 tray cooking racks spread over 3 cooking zones that includes 2 upright drawers and the large round cooking chamber. The opposite side of the trailer features a stainless steel prep area with wood storage underneath, Gas Hot Water system, two sinks with waste water holding, a dual battery system and multiple storage compartments.
Photo’s don’t do this rig justice and it looks (and smells) impressive in full flight and is what we use for our public events and pop ups and also at the majority of our private catering gigs.
Yoder YS640S Pellet Smoker
This unit is what we use at home, and we take away to competitions too.
With 1,070 square inches of cook space, combined with nearly 12 inches of headroom, there’s plenty of room for anything from briskets and pork butts to beer can chickens and turkeys. But the real versatility is the ability to truly flame grill on the same cooker. Yoder Smokers pellet grills can be set up for direct over the flame grilling, a feature that can’t be matched anywhere else.

Dru-B-Q Competition Drum Smoker
Our newest acquisition and what a weapon it is. Purchased solely to give us another option in competition environments but we can see ourselves using it at our pop up and public events too. Dru-B-Q’s Comp Drum is a 55-gallon drum cooker that runs on Charcoal and select flavour woods.
